Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By registering for or using DomFlat ("the platform", "the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Who can use DomFlat
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. The platform is intended for landlords and property managers in Bulgaria and the EU.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@domflat.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Subscription plans and billing
DomFlat offers Free, Pro, and Agency subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial-month refunds are issued unless required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Bulgarian or EU law. • Upload content that is fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure. • Share your account credentials with others.
6. Intellectual property
DomFlat and its logo, design, and software are owned by DomFlat and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy or redistribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent. Your data (lease records, documents, etc.) remains yours. You grant DomFlat a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service.
7. Third-party services
The platform integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments) and Resend (email). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms. DomFlat is not responsible for any third-party service failures.
8. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. DomFlat does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Generated lease agreements and documents are provided as templates only — they do not constitute legal advice. Consult a qualified lawyer for your specific situation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DomFlat's total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, except where required by law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be notified via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sofia, Bulgaria, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country applies.
